  • this bitch is crazy i fucking love it

  • People in the 90's scare the hell out of me..

    But,then again,I was born in 1995.

I've been a fan of Amanda for about 5 years now,and sadly I've only been a Jason Webley fan for a few months..

  • Erin just has an opinion too, like the rest of you, and she also has the right to express it too, like the rest of you. So stop being so rude to the poor girl just because she might not like Amanda's singing style. Sheesh!

  • @JawbonedScar We're being rude to her because she was useing her last name to troll.

  • Amanda you r awesome!!!:D

    love this

  • this is the best i've heard her play this song live. fucking awesome! :)

  • This song is spectacular and I love this cover. And I resent the comment about people born in the 90's. I happen to be one. Amanda is fantastic.

  • 2:35 that girl has a spectacular laugh.

  • Yet another song I can only fully appreciate when Amanda sings it. It's so intense, I love it!

  • So happy you came to T.O. Can't wait for you to come back- I've gotten my friends all excited to see you live!

  • This was AMAZING, and even more so live. <3

  • I love this song so much!

And it always sounds amazing, whether it's jason playing guitar or amanda playing piano.

  • I like her.

  • a lot

  • I WAS THERE!

  • i love her :D & yeh its obvious but this cover kicks ass :p

  • Oh, and by the way Erin, it's 'supposed' not 'suppost'. 'Suppost' is not a word.

  • I don't want to sound like jerk or anything (and I could be failing miserably), but if you were to try and correct all the syntax errors she's made in commenting this video, it would be like digging a quarry with a box of toothpicks.

  • I like pancakes.

  • lmao

  • freelancer2007, sadly I was born in the 90s but I love Amanda, The Dolls, and Jason and not disney haha. I just happen to have very good taste in music, I suppose ;) hahah.

Anyways, I love this video and this cover. I adore Amanda and Jason.

  • @xmanniequin that is awesome! i have listened to the dolls and amanda since i was 14. I discovered them in grade 8. They have been apart of my life ever since! I am now 21. Still haven't seen them live. I blame it on living in TX, but hopefully soon that will change.

  • Holy shit, Erin. If you looked back at this 10-15 years from now, you'd see how immature you sound/are. What is she wearing? Something unique, something original, something different. If you think she looks like she belongs in a jungle, that's a good thing. Also, "kay" is not a word.

  • Everybody, categorically, that looks back on things they've said/written/done when they were sixteen even one or two years down the road ends up disgusted with how immature they were.

I say, give her a break, sixteen-year-olds cant help being dumb, it just happens. Violently, abruptly, and severely, it happens. Just let it go, and in a few years she'll probably be a completely decent human being.

  • erinpalmer1994...wow. just wow.

yes, it's obvious she's not singing, but the song itself is in story form. there's plenty of artists out there with this style of music. and they're brilliant. but it all goes down to your personal music taste. I'm asking myself why a Jonas Brother fan is watching a punk cabaret-Amanda Palmer video? ;)

  • So, you're saying a Victorian era corset belongs in the Jungle? Wow. Are you fucking ten?

  • Fern. It's a fern, Erin. It's in her boob-area. The fern is in the corset. And nobody is arguing with your age. Now, I know this video isn't really your thing. I understand. To each his (her) own. Now, if you're interested enough to keep coming back, check out songs by the dresden dolls and amanda palmer, show yourself that she can sing. Do the research. Have to Drive, Half Jack, Modern Moonlight etc. Post others to help her out, fans! also, look at 2:20-2:30 &tell me that's not singing.

  • Wow this is an awesome cover... I feel kinda bad for how much I like it. I think this may be my favorite version of this song. I am a huge Webley fan though!

  • Wow erin... stick to Disney. You obviously don't know real talent when you see it. People born in the 90's scare me.

  • @Freelancer2007 im born in the 90's and amanda is my idol!

but im embarrassed to admit that i am 16 and everyone around me is stupid.

  • @RedFlowerDarkHair why the sad face? if it is because you were born in the 90's, i take it back. i am sure you are awesome. :)

  • It's kind of an obvious remark but - WOAH, intense!

I adore Amanda and I absolutely LOVE Jason Webley. What a brilliant cover!

  • I'm so sad she didn't play this at the Troubadour in LA! I LOVE this song!!

    :D thanks for the post!

  • um...I was at that show. She played it. Don't know where you were. o.o

  • I wish I was there!

  • Great evening, it was. How come nobody filmed V Lies?

  • i was there too!

  • I WAS THERE

  • erin, you just youtube search your own name?

Aww, I didn't know that Amanda was touring. Was keeping my eye to see when The Dresden Dolls might be returning (which doesn't look anytime soon) Would have loved to been at this show. Her cover of Creep was stuck in my head all weekend. Hadn't heard her do this cover before and find it very intense yet fun. Thanks for capturing what you did.

  • says the Jonas Brothers fan. lmfao.

  • haha, you fail. XD

  • i guess that's what you might think if your only used to mainstream music...

  • If you've ever heard the original version of this song, it's a lot like this. It's not really supposed to be sang.
