To those people who don't know mastero zofounoon, he is the first violin soloist in iran's radio history. His brother Mastro Jalal Zoufounon is well known for his Setar. Ostad Mahmoud Zoufounon is one of kind that his legacy lives for ever. He is about 90 years old. So please before you write your comment about anything research and think. for many years he kept iranian classic music alive in America specially in young kids like the ones who you've seen in this recital.
I thing Medina Allah sent 124,000 lies in koran, if ever any prophet came, they were all talened persians, honorable persians, not ugly jugglers, not man eaters, long live persia, death to Islam
Go you! You play that Violen i know i need a life i am board as you can see but i like the music. It is ok i am not into classical music. BUt yu people rock. Just trying to be nice.
Hmmmm thank you for the video. Interesting Tar performance by Mr. Zolfonoun... He really plays the Setar better, I don't understand why he has chosen to play the Tar in this performance.
I find it surprising that the poster of this video, and those commenting, do not for the sake of information (not to mention, respect!) ever state that the master on the left playing tar in this recital with his students is none other than the legendary Ostad Mahmoud Zoufonoun.
I prefer kemanch instead of violin, but it's a nice music

way to be constructive, positive and respectful.
the sad part is that most persians think ike you.
why not just be proud and happy that you have people like master zofounoon without any hateful comments.
