  • when you have the leg up, bring your leg down, but diagonaly tuck the leg all the way to the back of the other leg, bring it back up and tuck in to your stomac. this will work both but cheaks in stead of just one.

  • So this is supposed to remove fat from the butt hips and thighs? What exactly is this exercise supposed to do? What exactly is "lifting" the butt? is it removing fat from the butt or is it making the muscles tighter? I was under the impression that a muscles tightness or looseness doesn't change..

  • you feel your but is gettin harder almost the day after but to be honest it does depend on how fat you are and just this will not slim your body if you dont change your food pattern good food is like 70 % of the workout the other 30% is to use the food you got in to make muscle or excercise to loose fat

  • Do i do one set of 20 or 3 sets of 20. Please help!! I reaaly need to tone by legs i have cellulites and its disturbing me.

  • i would start of with 20 on each side. one rep would be front, side, back. then repeat it 19 more times(to get 20). then do sets once you have contorl and form. but if you think going front once is one rep then side is another then back is it(so three reps, if you think that way) then do it 3 sets of 20(so its 20 for each thing). but only if you think that way. if that confused you dont listen to it lol.

  • hi,i realy like ur video,bt i've gt one qstion. my legs are alright(i am a slim girl) but there is a mishape just by my knees,,they are out of shape. my knees are slightly come out of normal leg shape(it's like they are turned the otherway) and it really bothers me,,,i can't wear shorts coz they really look ugly.my legs have a nice shape from top and when it comes down ,,by my knees ther's a big bump and then again bottom legs are in a gud shape,,can u give me advice (exersices)to work on it...
