I personally think its great that the Black Keys are being commercialized.. I feel like it introduces this type of music to the mainstream. I personally have always loved the blues but you can never find much on the radio. Its usually niche bands in local joints that are still rocking this music.. To call them "niche" bands is sort of insulting but that's the general perception i think. The black keys however have re-opened a gateway... I think.. :)

@stucoralle watch some interviews with them. they joke around a lot. plus if you notice, about 99% of the time the drummer (Pat) plays without glasses so he is squinting (so I guess looking pissed haha). I do the same thing when I play drums live because its hard to get into the music if you have to worry about your glasses flying off.
