Can you explain each movement type that was used, besides black panther of course. Like at 6:01, after you equipped bone pillar your mp started to drop, so I assume you used bone pillar for some reason. And after you got kicker skeleton, how did you avoid the landing lag when you kick at the ground? Etc, etc.

@Quietpower99 Using either the bone pillar soul or the catolopes soul, you can skip animations, so you can backdash slightly faster and jumpkick without animation.

Man, I love this game. I've played it to doeath, completed it at least 6 times, and I still haven't gotten tired of it.

Anyway, why does the player attack with the weapon when they do the time-saving dash to move around? Is it there just for show or does it actually save time? I've seen it in other speedruns of this game as well.

Getting these kinds of runs is what makes a speed run great and made me into an early convert even though its 'cheating'.

It's not cheating. It's only cheating in the sense that a human couldn't do it but that's a slippery slope to a video of a skilled player and saying that its cheating because the average player wouldn't be able to do it.
