When Nastia Liukin and the girl from China tied, they shouldn't have handled it the way they did. And you need to back off. Nobody wants to deal with this crap. The fact that they were "legally cleared" has very little bearing on whether they were old enough or not. Just because an official document states something doesn't make it true. That being said, we should consider them innocent until proven guilty and there is not enough solid evidence to confirm cheating.

My personal opinion is that some of them were too young and had false documents created by the government. But opinions aren't going to change anything anyway so it doesn't really matter.

She didn't even try to qualify, for one thing. Those who are trying to get into the vault finals have to do two totally different vaults in team prelims. She didn't. I don't know if I've ever seen her do anything other than a Yurchenko vault, so maybe if she had trained another vault she could have made it.

That was quite amazing although I do not think she should be praised for the step and I do not agree that the step is "deserved" but she does do a great job of attempting such a difficult move and therefore earns our praise but she should work towards perfection for herself without any pressure. To stop working on yourself to perfect such a difficult move would be unfair to her and her trainer, although she does a great job.
