homoerotic complex for Al Gore, but they are ashamed to say it.
So, in their sexual frustration and confusion, they lash out constantly at Al Gore,
who won't satisfy them, and make homophobic hate-filled outbursts.
They are a political JOKE, because they will spend INFINITELY more money, desperately correcting the foolishness of their resistance to change now, when GW gets REALLY bad.
Human overpopulation & eating meat are the biggest threats to freedom. Every new human forces conditions upon and constrains and takes away property, power, and freedom from every other human. Obviously, some (the rich, the capitalists, the CEOs) take away FAR more than their fair share.
If you care about freedom, then outlaw reproduction. The trivial amount of loss of freedom of locking away a breeder is TRIVIAL compared to the freedom gained to the non-breeders.
Global warming is real, serious, and caused by human.
We need to outlaw coal & nuclear power, now. We need to build TWO coal-powered electric plants just to refine the uraniam that goes into ONE nuclear-powered plant. And, that does not even include all the CO2 produced from dealing with the nuclear waste! Coal & nukes are taking away freedom & property for solar, wind, wave, & biofuels.
@mellowmark1 Stop repeating soundbites from denialist propaganda groups. THEY don't know what causes global warming or why the sun mysteriously goes down every 24 hours and rises again, but there are thousands of scientists who do.
And if you're one of these who actually want to delay badly needed action on GW,
then you'd better be willing to allow us to say that everybody should be let out of prison, including that AZ gunman, because I agree that those deaths were tragic but nobody knows
I guess you would just prefer we all be like you by jumping to conclusions and acting on erroneous information. Yeah, that won't bite us in the ass. *sarcasm*
The fact is many scientists also DON'T believe humans are the cause for global warming, so what's your point? Do you know that only 3% of the annual greenhouse emissions are actually from humans and their activities? Did you also know that many scientists believe the cause could be the sun (e.g. Mars' ice caps are melting and Jupiter is having more violent storms than usual). Or how about the fact we don't know Co2 is even the direct cause of higher global temperatures?
@mellowmark1 The fact is that you are wrong with your claim "many" scientists, because you knowingly don't specify "how many", so you can backpedal if anyone justifiably asks you, but you intend to use the term to suggest "most" scientists. Either way, it's a fucking lie, and you know it.
And stop quoting internet-derived myths (i.e. original source = the internet).
All your crap is thoroughly debunked at skepticalscience, which can trace everything they say back to peer-reviewed articles.
I'm sorry, did you want an exact number? "Many" meaning a good portion of the scientific community. Better? When you say thousands it's not like you're giving me an exact number either. Either way, you haven't given any evidence to support your claim global warming is caused by human activity, and since you were the one who made the original assertion, the onus is on YOU to prove what you say is actually accurate.
@mellowmark1 Go to the IPCC website, read all their peer-reviewed articles, debunk them by publishing an alternate explanation of your own in a peer-reviewed journal devoted to climate, and then come back to me.
Until you or any of your AGW psychotic friends do that, SHUT THE FUCK UP!
And by the way, get off that "quoting other people" bullshit. First of all, it's BESIDE the point. Second, everything I am telling you is straight from me, not copied and pasted from some global warming debunking website. Attack my argument, not my methods. Debate 101. Also, don't just tell me to go to a website, that's lazy. If you really understood the material you could just tell me yourself.
@mellowmark1 .. who caused them to happen. Nobody knows how Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman died. And nobody knows who or what caused 911. And we shouldn't waste tax-dollars on job-killing freedom-killing efforts trying to find out or prosecute someone for them. Once someone is in prison, it is VERY hard for them to have a job. Putting Loughner or OJ Simpson in prison kills their ability to do productive work and earn money, which is what all conservatives want.
Capitalism can never lead to freedom, because all it ends up doing is forcing out the poorest and least powerful into prison or homelessness or starvation in order to give to those who deserve it least: corporate CEOs.
Nadar believes in socialism, which means he cannot believe in true freedom. Capitalism is the only economic system compatible with freedom. He defines freedom as "participating in power"? Power over who? Power over oneself? I'd buy that one, if that's what he meant, but he meant power over others, which is the opposite of freedom.
In a free country, nobody has the right to vote away the property or rights of another person, period. That happens in socialist countries.
Freedom = participation in power. My only disagreement with Nader and all political parties is that they don't support blowing up prisons to free prisoners and to treat civilians who would use such force as we do paid professional soldiers: honor & respect them, even if we disagree with their actions.
we have alot of educated ,hard working even god fearing people in america.but it seems.we lack wisdom, nader has always been a true hero.and a gift to the world

While I disagree with Nader, he actually seems to care about people, opposed to banker-owned people like Obama. We need people running for office who are actually willing to do the right thing for the people, rather than lying to us and actually doing their jobs in such a way that they and their handlers are the primary beneficiaries. The system is being run by crooks, and we let it happen, now we are the only ones who can fix it. I would probably not vote Nader, but I can see why people do.
" The system is being run by crooks, and we let it happen, now we are the only ones who can fix it"... Check out George Carlin's take on voting and political participation and you might come to realize the system produces crooks regardless
i think if ralph nader ran for the democrat party in the future he could do well problem is americans generaly just vote for there listed party instead of listening
That is what some people do, but for the rest of us, we do not want to associate ourselves too closely with people who wish ill of our country for their own personal gain.
I see your point though. It is difficult to get people to do the right thing, because they simply do not understand that voting for the "lesser of two evils" is still evil, and either choice is probably bringing us in the wrong direction. People have to start voting for people with actual concern for our well-being, or this country will be totally controllable within a few years, if not already. We are living in times of 1984, a high-tech police state.
It may take a miracle to make the system work for everybody, it will only happen IF one day every congressman realize what they are there for and put party lines aside for a moment!
The people cant change a single thing in this country as the majority of those who vote are way to stupid to comprehend what they are voting for., Most of them shouldnt be allowed to vote in the first place :)
Unfortunately there way too many stupid voters out there who would never chose the right congressman or the right president due to their selfish hate driven close-minded patriotism mentality.
There so many selfish idiots who would deliberately block any program that benefits all the ppl if they think the program may include some ppl they dont like.
I do believe crap and trade is a talking point from corps like Dow Chemical and such. it just irritates me how people can't understand how cap and trade will benefit the people by charging major polluters. this will also create more competition for smaller corps. all around a win-win for the American people. the same concept was used in Germany, and is responsible for limiting coal production (emission trading). :-)
whaat a douchebag. You get a lot of attention, you say a lot of the right stuff, but ralph nader you are STILL New World Order scum!!! you bilderberg attendee
Ron Paul is a moron. this guy makes sense. RP preaches liberty which only applies to the wealthy elite. this guy speaks of how we can go to the next level in energy, while PAULBOTS preach crap and trade. RON PAUL is a MORON! don't put him in the league of Kucinich or Nader.
That is ridiculous. First of all, Cap and Trade comes from the Democratic Party, while Paul opposes it. Liberty for the elites only? That makes no sense whatsoever; I have to wonder if you even know who he is, or perhaps you are here to smear him with nonsense. Furthermore, there is nothing stopping people from taking us to the "next level" of energy production, except perhaps the corporate controllers. If you want to criticize him as a "moron" it would be best of you not to sound like one.
Don't smear. You may not agree on everything w./ Paul (who does?) but what you're ruling out is the FACT that there is ALWAYS going to be a "left" and a "right", no matter what you, or I, or Nader, Paul, or whoever believe personally.
So the question is what kind of left and right do we want? Wouldn't you rather have an HONEST left and right represented by Nader and Paul deciding things at the alter of compromise than the current CORRUPT Dem. and GOP mainstreams doing it?
Actually, Ron Paul backed all of the third party candidates at first, after deciding not to continue his campaign for a number of reasons. Then, when Bob Barr failed to show up at that press conference, then asked for his endorsement in full, Ron Paul finally had enough of Barr and endorsed Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party.
No he specifically backed Ralph Nader I can even send you the article if you would like, or you could of paid attention during the Election. and why do you feel you need to comment one every single comment on here, your one of those people who feel like you need to be the one telling people the way things are even if you have no idea just to feel some kind of dominance of intellect for the like there of... your comments are ridiculous, just because you have an opinion doesn't you have facts.
I did pay attention; perhaps you should send me the article. However, I doubt it is true until I see it - even then, it may still not be true. Anyway, did you really need to bash me?
The attendees at Copenhagen wanted to cut our energy use to pre-industrial levels. Where could these cuts come from? Are they intending to implement their eugenics/population-control policies as well? Will they call it necessary when people are starving here?
Where will those companies go if they have to pay for all these social programs in the USA?
India?China?
Difficult Questions :( .. sounds nice in a speech but i wonder how effective it would be in real life. Europe has high taxation, well I guess america does not as well but indirectly with inflation.

Overall they can be ineffective, especially for the price paid. Furthermore, China is tiring of carrying our debt load. They are beginning to switch from the dollar to gold in order to protect themselves from our spending.
We can see what this can cause already by that change ocurring, as well as others. Businesses are fleeing certain states like California, Minnesota, and others like them for better business environments. Now people who were working class have to move to even have jobs. We are spending ourselves into oblivion, with no real way to pay for it, just like Greece. The European Union has begun to think about controlling their members' budgets to save the Euro, which amounts to sovereignty loss.
They could be controlled by a group of central bank bureaucrats if they do not get the picture fast - and people are protesting budget cuts because half the country works for the government. AGW-deniers are so discredited these days. They still think the moon-landing was staged,
and that Al Gore either invented or caused the Holocaust.
They think vaccines contain nanobots that control people's minds that turn them gay.
AGW-denialism all began with Alex Jones, who thinks 911 was a hologram.
Many AGW-deniers even lie about their USA citizenship, many coming here illegally.
Most AGW-deniers make millions off their oil-coal connections with the Taliban.
