@meshunderlay Hi! Thanks for your comment and yes, there is dizzyness but you get use, and some people use the head mouvement 'cause they are use to do it too.
Sometimes I use it, I find it gives more plasticity to the circle and It helps to turn...... It is actually fun to explore all that. And last, I once puke while learning... beautifull!
