The music really does it for me when Ryan is walking through the empty house, especially that high note as he remembers seeing Marissa bathed in the sunlight. She's like a ghost, it gets me every time. Very touching and a perfect ending. I'd love more episodes but Timorbit is right. Great ending to a great series.

as much as i love the OC, the storyline just couldn't survive much longer than 4 seasons. when the story is about a kid who has no where to go and is taken in by a rich family, eventually things are going to settle down. the story writers did and excellent job keeping each episode fresh and fun to watch, BUT, you can only re-do the same love triangles, new boy/girl in the picture, ryan kicking someones ass, work controversies, divorces, fights, and all that drama so many times.
