The only tours that they headlined since the release of this album is Awake and Alive, Awake Tonight, and Awake and Alive. (Yes, they had the same tour, but twice.)

I used a Kodak (not sure what model number b/c it's not mine, I borrow it from my school)

It is a digital camera, that shoots in full 480p onto a regular SD card.

Sorry I don't know the model # though.
