  • Are we really after calories? or eating healthy? Yes, less calories is better. but in what way? some people have high metabolisms. I think people always forget about the food pyramids nowadays. I don't think you need to make kids learn about the calories there taking. You should worry about what their eating. then they'll be obsessed with consuming just 2000 cal. a day and not trying to get all the food that a food pyramid suggests. If your an adult, that's diff. but its more quality. over quan.

  • At my school they serve something fried every day what about some salad or BAKED chicken

  • all you really have to do is just not over eat and do some exercise regularly

    its that simple but people are too lazy and inactive

  • Low fat does not equal healthy. That is junk science from the the 50's through the 70's. Read the book Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes if you want to learn something about the real science of nutrition.

  • haha when you get low fat or sugar free, they screw you still by substituting it with something even worse.

  • Fry you up some funnel cake and sprinkle some powdered sugar on it. Put some Lays potato chips on the side along with KFC fried chicken. For dessert, a brownie and apple pie and for drink, a 16-ounce Dr. Pepper. Now THAT'S a good lunch.

  • I personally believe, if kids get fat, it's their fault. Parents shouldn't police what kids should, or shouldn't eat unless thsy have an allergic reaction and/or other illnesses. This could also lead to a compulsive eating disorder since not letting kids have this because "it's just bad" may lead them to go buck wild when not under their jurisdiction.
