Well, I contradicts to all of your answers. The correct answer is letter B. Why? Because the lecturer states different places or geographical areas where people should be educated before visiting or doing dive in these places. The the professor doesn't says to protect them. letter b is primary answer it is education..D is secondary because after education, protection in actually..hehe.
