First of all, he didn't start off with cupcakes, that was the last word spoken. What I said was the quote in the description was not the same quote Obama said in the video, and I wanted to know why.

Secondly, I still think this is put together from taking several different phrases and words from other speeches and combining it into a single audio file. It doesn't sound very real to me.

Calling Obama a disaster is only an opinion. Don't try to claim it as a fact.

It turns out I was wrong after all about the audio clip, it didn't sound real to me, but I found another video that actually shows Obama saying it. Now then, allow me to start a new argument: he said this money comes in the from of tax breaks, it's not like he said the government will buy cupcakes for everyone, he said "cupcakes and other necessities of life" as a joke, the crowd laughed.
