mrjoje, the fact that Obama does well in caucuses comes from his ability to attract new voters. There is nothing inherently superior to primaries, and no reason to dismiss Obama's success in caucuses as somehow less meaningful. I think it's wonderful he is getting so many new voters involved! He has what it takes to inspire new voters to get out and show their support!

The caucuses were more a test of physical endurance than a selection of a Democratic candidate. With all Obama's talk about building a world free of unnecessary barriers for Americans with Disabilities it's strange that he defends the caucus process. Doesn't he see that the disabled and elderly can not wait in these long lines and stand around for hours to cast their vote?
Obama supports the caucuses because he does so well in caucus states. They are better for attracting new voters, but do have the downside of being difficult for elderly or disabled persons to attend. I wouldn't read into that that Obama doesn't support rights for the disabled.

mrjoje, the fact that Obama does well in caucuses comes from his ability to attract new voters. There is nothing inherently superior to primaries, and no reason to dismiss Obama's success in caucuses as somehow less meaningful. I think it's wonderful he is getting so many new voters involved! There was high voter turnout this March, but not in the last election in latino precincts.

The caucuses were more a test of physical endurance than a selection of a Democratic candidate. With all Obama's talk about building a world free of unnecessary barriers for Americans with Disabilities it's strange that he defends the caucus process. Doesn't he see that the disabled and elderly can not wait in these long lines and stand around for hours to cast their vote?

Obama supports the caucuses because he does so well in caucus states. They are better for attracting new voters, but do have the downside of being difficult for elderly or disabled persons to attend. I wouldn't read into that that Obama doesn't support rights for the disabled.

Barack Obama won 183
This means Barack Obama leads the race for elected delegates with 156 delegates:
Obama 1386
Hillary 1230
In Pennsylvania 157 delegates are up for grabs. She only has to win 157-0 in Pennsylvania to secure a lead in the nomination process.
I don't count the net 10 delegates Obama will win next week in Wyoming and Mississippi combined.

maxalbanese77 is right. Look at the exit polls and the demographics. The majority of college grads and post grads gave Obama the vote. The people who gave Hillary the majority are white protestants/catholics over 40 years old. Blacks only make up less than 15% of Ohio. Not enough under 40 voters came out in Ohio. Obama was the favorite. IN OHIO-OBAMA BROUGHT OUT THE CLASSES, NOT THE MASSES.
