I don't get why the chorus is 'Just so You Know' but in french it's "from you to me"

because when you translate " just so you know" in french you get " just pour que tu saches" and it doesn't sound as well as " de toi à moi "
the entire song tells something different in the french version but it's because the real translation couldn't make a song, it just doesn't rhyme !
