@funkyflights yeah, it must be a direct rip. They do that quite often in video games, using audio clips from movies, seemingly without permission (though I haven't heard it happen for since the late 90's or so...)

I've sen this kind of thing before too, in Half Life 2 there is one enemy who used audio bits from some other movie to make its own sounds with.
