Back to Goblin, this is certainly one of their finest songs. Great bass lines by that Italian guy whose name I can't recall, and cool synth pipe organ tones. Awesome.
@azurescens420 Fuck you! you idiots don't get the point when I say it sounds like music they would use in a FUCKING DRACULA film stop being an asshole when I say it sounds like monster music or something creepy. Geesh im tired of people being assholes to me on here whenever I comment on something just fuck off if you dont like what I say.
You not understanding the words you use, does not make others idiots.
This has nothing to do with Resident Evil, Resident Evil has nothing to do with Dracula, Dracula has nothing to do with Profondo Rosso, even though Argento is in fact working on a Dracula film.
I do understand what you are trying to say; this music could work in those contexts, I agree, but that is simply not the message your actual words are conveying.
Entrambi grandissimi batteristi italiani!!
@knightgame1979 I totally agree with you... There is something to be said for the analog recording of yesteryear (it's so deliciously authentic and REAL). Everything today sounds so damn digitally overproduced.
Profondo Rosso (1975) is a masterpiece, to all young fans of horror films: run to see it!
This is Dario Argento's masterpiece: perfect times, nice film theme, best actors...and continuos thrill of the Goblin soundtrack - Omen, Rhapsody, Dream, theme of "Halloween" ec. they all came after this film and this soundtrack.
Rusty Nail by X-Japan has the same intro... no doubt this was first and no saying nothing about copiyin just pointing a interesting fact concerning 2 great bands... =)

E poi suspance, mistero, trama interessante e sorpresa finale...
Ottimi anche i Goblin!

Deep red is one of my favourite movies of this genre. I was about 10 years old when I first saw the movie, alone. Don't do that!!! ;)
Pozdrav!!!

if you love the original Goblin sound, look for "Goblin World" on facebook!
Fabio Pignatelli (Bass guitar), Agostino Marangolo (Drums and Percussion), Giacomo Anselmi (Electric Guitar), Aidan Zammit (Keyboars and Synths), Danilo Cherni (Keyboards and Synths).
I heard them in studio, they really kick ass!

Pumastronzo 1 year ago 10
