Hey guys! For all of those who REALLY REALLY want this tree, and death plants and any other plant they can imagine, simply pres ctrl + c, and type in testingcheatsenabled true. @deathfishify If u have enough lifetime reward points, u can buy rewards that help a little. Also, if your sim has the green thumb trait, I think that they find it easier, if not quicker to learn. Or you could just turn them into a vampire, they learn skills i think twice as fast, then cure them at the science lab when you've mastered the skill. Thts without mods tho, there might be something out there that could reli help u, but its not for everyone u kno? :)

there's another way of getting money bags :) install the sims 3 world adventures, get your sims to travel to a destination and search for money bags in tombs. they are likely to be in a pile of rocks or hidden in treasure chests.

Shift+Ctrl+C to open bar then type in "testingcheatsenabled true" without " now do the same thing but instead of typing testingcheatsenbled true, type in "buydebug" without the " then go to buy mode then click the 2nd button then in the bottom right hand cornershould be a ? click on that then go to plants or what ever it is and look for money tree place it it should be fully grown or almost remeber to water if its not fully grown :) no lie! :)
