Dang can't edit the comment, forgot that you'll be coming to this level with a large enough complement of bombs since they carry over between levels and you're doing single segment. In that case the 3 bomb jump you use would indeed be faster.
are you sure that's the fastest way to reach the door? I could have sworn there was a trick to reach the ledge with the snowman from the avalanche area using only two bombs, and that would be about the same speed as the 3 bomb jump without requiring luck in getting a 3rd bomb from one of the two convenient trees.
I'll have to make a point of double-checking that sometime soon.
Nevermind about the hard mode thing.

This was on hard wasn't it? I'll be uploading a time around 63-64 seconds on normal.
