A bit cheesy my friend. I think that's because nothing was internalized. Meaning I think you were trying to show an emotion rather than actually have one. There seemed to be a lot of involuntary head movements, straining of the neck and your left shoulder was almost always cocked higher than your right. Making you look a bit uncomfortable on stage. The main point of the song isn't sailing. It's the woman. Maybe next time try singing to someone you care about. I think that would add a lot to it.

Great stuff. A lot of character and some very solid technique. You built the song up well and carried it through admirably. You show a good grasp of the song. My only complaint is that you tend to get a little fast towards the end when the song reaches its dynamic climax. Resist the urge and pull the piano bback- remember they are there to follow you not the other way round.
