We set some poles in Texas in at least 1/2 the time it would have taken us using concrete. We tested the first pole we set by hitting the side of the pole with a 10 lb. sledgehammer about 7 or 8 times to see if the foam would compress. The foam held and the pole remained sturdy. It's does a very good job.
