My GP2X just died, I'll probably buy one of these especially once I see how well backwards compatibility (ported favorites) turns out unless I get my hands on another GP2X cheaply before then.
Nintendo 64 Barely gets fullspeed on a fast Pentium 3-based PC with 128MB of ram. Somehow I doubt running it on a 533Mhz arm processor with 64MB of ram is going to cut it. Not to mention that the wiz doesn't have enough buttons to play N64 with..... not to mention it's got half the screen resolution the N64 used internally..... not to mention trying to play N64 games on the wiz's controls would drive you half-insane.
The ONLY issue I see with this one compared to the previous models is the smaller screen, 2.8 instead of 3.5 inches...WHY? it kinda looks like GBA Micro now...otherwise it's a very powerful system for Open Source software...emulators being one of my favorites!
The wiz didn't sell really well very few units approx 10-20 which is not good, the pandora has sold 3000 units in 5 days that's out performed sales of the wiz.
The pandora is more powerful and can do anything and wiz is not compareable, everyone should buy pandora not wiz it will crazy thing to buy a wiz over pandora already the pandora has sold over 3000 units which makes it a clear winner before it's release date.
The Pandora costs over 300 dollars US, and the Wiz will be around 140. Personally, I think the Pandora is far to bulky. It reminds me of a game gear. I'd like to see the battery life of the Pandora as well.

Go get around the n64's FPU, just make an Floating-point table, that should fix the problems with slow FPU emulation.

if wiz is good, the pandora is even more better than wiz and pandora has 4.3 screen, n64,jaguar emulators are going to be amazing.

the n64 is possible on the psp but not so perfect but the wiz is 2x faster then the psp so maby it will be better

Great to know that most games will be available for digital delivery.
Will there be an official GPH website with a catalogue of games? This is where the GP2X lacked regarding commercial games delivery, in my opinion.
Another good thing is that Flash support is a built-in firmware feature. There are lots of great Flash games around to play.
