Yes always try to make yourself more visible. Like with a flag (big). While riding a trike you think it presents a large image for drivers. Trikes are very rare around here but after seeing another trike while driving I realized that it almost disappears. Also clip-in pedals are great on a trike as you never have to take your feet out of them after hours of riding. Helmet to. By the way I ride a KMX Kart - the least bicycle like of all the trikes - and love it. Try a trike some time.

a bamboo rod was used to fix the flag.

thennhbushman, look at the seat. It an Apoyo. The Artifice is a much more recent design.

what model TW-Bents was that? i have the Artifice and it's an incredible machine. i noticed that the rider wasn't wearing clipless shoes. i'm afraid to do that after my feet came off the pedals during a test ride.
