  • I just finished a phone conversation with the customer relations department @ 1-800-774-2354. They said the $4,737.60 in posted charges to my two credit/debit card accounts were standard business practices even though I didn't buy anything from them. and they didn't care they tied up my money for days.

    They also stated they were unwilling to compensate me in any way.

    This is of course TOTALY unacceptable! These "credit checks" have to stop! I'm now out several hundred dollars.
