i wont focus on what you call these things. each country have their own versions of these. i just want to comment a bit on the chef´s hygiene practice itself. bad habit having his wristwatch and wristband still worn on time of work oh and i forgot,..your "touque blanche"?. bad example. dont you think its a lil bit unhygienic?. just my two cents.

That`s the REAL LUMPIA WRAPPER IN PHILIPPINES! And in Philippines we have two types of Lumpia, The Lumpia Sariwa(fresh) and the Lumpia Turon(deep fried)

And Lumpia in english is SPRING ROLL and not THE so-called EGG ROLL!Sheeeshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh­hhhhhhhhh~~~

lol sorry to disappoint u FLY but u DO fry tacos... its call "tacos dorados" and u can basically but any ingredient on a torilla and once u roll it its a taco.. if u put only veggies.. its a veggie taco.. ect... ITS A TACO..

two rolls before you fold the sides otherwise they will break during frying.

you make lumpia is make fell hungry, but if you make like that when you put in deep fried they gona broken the skin, so you have to very thigt to roll the skin.

ummm, if you're deep frying that roll, its call egg roll, not spring roll.  spring rolls are totally different.

egg roll make with egg roll skin with the same methode of cooking
