i watched this video around a year ago and i left a comment on it, and this video out of all, this one came back to my thoughts. I thought it was beautfully put together. My hubby is 3000 miles away from me at the moment and though he is no soldier he is still my hero :) I feel like giving up sometimes and its things like this video that keep me holding strong to be with him (which is soon! :D) so i would like to thank you. I hope you two are still strong, healthy and happy together :o)

Thank you so much for the sweet comment. No matter what our husband's do, or how far away they are. When they are away, it is still hard. Now being in a warzone might add to the fears, but our love is still overcoming anything. Still going strong (and luckily he isn't deployed at the moment). We're still healthy and couldn't be happier. The only thing we are asking God is to finally bless us with an adition to the family, which after 2.5 years of wanting a child, has not happened yet. God bless!

i may not agree with the war, but i love each and every soldier for risking their lives for our country and what they believe is right. thank you for sharing such a heartfelt video, it made me smile and gives me hope. i wish you and your family every happiness.

wow, so is there a reason you have bigger biceps then him? LOL, and wow why does he have so many gear sets? you said he was a sergeant so I'm guessing he's either infantry or administration, neither one requires the 6 different camo's you've shown, the only other explanation I can come up with is you Americans have adapted different camo's over what lookslike 5 years.

Your husband is very lucky to have such a loving and supportive wife. I'm not an incredibly sentimental person, but I was really moved by this. He has my respect for serving, and you for standing by his side. God bless both of you.

Good grief,...having a hissy fit there? I am VERY lucky to have such a loving, caring, respecting husband, who stands up to protect his country. I LOVE this country with ALL MY HEART AND SOUL, even tho it is not where I was born, I never forget my dutch heritage, I guess my red, white and blue, runs through my blood, either way :P. Living in the USA is a privelage! And the most beautiful country, from the west coast to the eastcoast and from the midwest to the gulf coast.

I liked your video. My husband is a scout too. He's with the 1-4 cavs. Big Red One. Just deployed our first one. I know when I see that others made it thur so can I. Thanks and my prays go with you.
