@Nordfelt From what I could tell, Hailey just isolated Alexa's arm and cranked back on it until Alexa reached her breaking point. As far as technical/official hold names go, I couldn't tell you which one exactly Hailey used here. Just that she trapped Alexa's left arm and pulled back on it...which I would guess would hurt all the same if left in that position for any amount of time.
