I'd say the MLS is the most even throughout, while there isn't the most skill there, the teams tend to be fairly well-balanced and it makes for interesting and hard fought games

Puyol and Pique are anomalies in a league where the defenders often lack the quality to match strikers man for man, hence the reason why players like Ronaldo and Messi can have such ridiculous goals per game ratio unseen in most top leagues.
