  • Thank you! One of the best videos I've seen describing and demonstrating GYROTONIC. This is a video I will be referring new clients to! I like that all the work demonstrated is performed on the pulley tower as the video on the Gyrotonic web site shows all the machines at the same time and I think it overwhelms people. However, I do think interweaving some footage of people executing Gyrokinesis could be useful - but otherwise it is great as it is.
