I was putting gauges in my Mustang, long time ago, got pulled over, dash was all taken apart, COP thought I was hiding Drugs in there.  Police dogs and everything.

id put a cap or something on that button, to prevent accidental "switching off the car" while driving. its not gonna be funny, if you are on the highway and have to break to re-ignite your car. other than that - ACE!

first, what car you driving?the reason why those others still need to twist a key into the ignition barrel is due to the chip code that comes with the key.Without that chip code(transponder) that the PATS system recognizes, the ECU module disables including the starter.FORD has that technology especially 96 onwards.But , if you can do some stuff like that you bypass the PATS system ....give you 5 stars!!!!good electronics job by the way...

I aswell have a few classics, 2 camaro's and a1972 240z car, one camaro is really nice and customized with a built 350 turbo charged, the other camaro not so nice atall but its still a project. the 240z car is just about finished its restoration, this included new panels i welded in, i rebuilt the original engine, and finding little details.
