Yea well nearly all D&B minimal pplz call their music complex ;) It is complex but as far as D&B sub genres go ppl are calling it either minimal or micro. What's all this dubstep about?? It's 170 BPM- nowhere near dubstep. It's halfstep or minimal either really. This tunes as complex as anything tbh. Yeah, I've called it minimal in the past but after I read Eveson's comments on DOA what he said about it being complex made sense.

Optical and Dillinja got huge production skills. "The Shining" "Moving 808s" or the grooverider album by Optical will stand the test of time. But why don't they strain a bit more and try to CREATE MUSIC nowadays? Listen to Dillinja "Oi" or Edrush/Optical "Space Monkey" - WTF is this? How long do they need for such a tune? 2-3 hours. And that you can hear, you FEEL that they did not put their heart into the production. Today their tunes have more in common with Scooter-Hyper Hyper.
