My heart is cold as ice but this makes me cry on several occasions.

The harpsichord versions ruin the feeling for me but when its just strings, the emotion is raw.

I wish the rebuild movies used more classical music instead of the Hollywood sounding music. Full orchestra and chiors don't really do anything for me.

@KingLes98 You dont appreciate Shiro Sagisu then, which is too bad. While he picked good songs for the end of Eva, his Rebuild score is fantastic in its own way. I would have been mad if he used old classics again because thats not what the rebuilds are about.

You know I read on the internet that death and rebirth were pretty much a complete redo of the series, thus the reason why I didn't watch it. Was there actually a scene where Kaworu, Rei, Shinji and Asuka play this?

he did touch mine, too. they did altogether help me into life. then it took about 6 years until i met my kaworu - no, he found me. and it was kind of strange, kind of dangerous, and kind of sad, too. well neigher of us died, so far.

No he wasn't....... Kaworu was sent to initiate 3rd impact, just like the rest of the angles, but when he realized he couldn't merge with Lilith, the only viable option left was Unit-01 because it was the last remaining spawn of Adam.

@amvpua Ah ah ah! Unit-01 was the TEST TYPE, an actual [supposed] clone of Lilith, and very instrumental to SEELE's Red Earth Purification Ceremony (like a false Third Impact) in the case of losing the Lance of Longinus. God, Third Impact BS is so confusing X3

Then again, tell me how in the Hell is Unit-01 a clone of Lilith, when their body types don't even remotely look the same. Maybe... something else that connects them. Maybe 01 is an artificial COMBINATION of Adam and Lilith? :3

@RudojiLape Kaworu screwed up when he went to find Adam (Which was in Ikari's hand) and found Lilith. But yes, I got it round the wrong way, Unit-01 was born from Lilith, and the Angels were born of Adam. There was a continuity error in the series (or a mistranslation). Unit-01 was born from Liliths DNA. I mean, humans share 98% of their genetic code with a banana, so why cant -01 be from Lilith =P. Instead, they brought Lilith to Adam (Eva series to Unit-01)

@amvpua Rather than an Angel to Lilith. But honestly, theres too much discontinuity and 3 different endings to debate (you know that). Instead, I like to debate the possibility (or viability) of Unit-01 and -02 merging to initiate 3rd impact. Assume they both revert and Berserk. A spawn of Adam, and a spawn of Lilith. Makes sense?

I just hope the Rebuild series of movies end on a more solid note. I know they're meant to be more simplistic than the series, but there's potential of being more intune with the original show's message than the past movies (which were good, just extremely dark and seemed more like Anno's depression had returning in stand-alone OVAs).
