They nerfed it yes, but they didnt remove it completely. It used to be a walk speed and attack speed slow down, but currently it is only a small(20% methinks) slow effect. Its not much, but it can still be used if you know what to do.

I play on the lawolf too, LordGeoff is probably the smartest dude I have ever met. + he's nice! most guys Lv100 and up are douche's
