Bioshock secret room

yeah those things are freaky, "plastered splicers" they make no noise at all when they attack or when they're sneaking up on you. they only spawn once you use that power to the people station, so if you dont use it then they dont spawn. once you become a temporary big daddy in the last level you can come back to this level and activate the machine and they (like all other enemies) wont attack you (except the ones in the basement by the machine).
