  • To those of you saying that price isn't an issue: speak for yourself, some of us don't have infinite money to throw on a bike, no matter how much we love it. That extra $1.5-2k could be months worth of saving to get.

    Great review guys, could definitely do with a bit more riding footage (especially of the engines screaming ;)), but other then that it was interesting and enjoyable. Keep it up!

  • I remember when bikes were priced by CC's such as a new 600 ran about 6K a 750 ran 7500 and a new 1000 may go as high as 11K. Now a 600 cost almost as much as a Grand. Haggle people haggle.... Got my Gixxer for 11K new. Sticker price 13K

  • Next time please don't talk about price. A couple thousand bucks doesn't matter to us if we really like the way a bike looks or performs. Price will not stop me from buying a bike I really want and I know I speak for most of the guys watching this.

  • @buckwheat40 Shitting me! price is a factor. My GsxR 1000 was 13K new I talked the dealer down to 11K Out the door. saved 2 grand. why give them money that you don't have to. So your not speaking for us your speaking for you.

  • I really want to like the Ninja but I just can't get past the ugly headlights and nose of it. They need to redesign the nose and headlights to make it look better. The new ZX 10R's nose and headlights look much better than it did

  • Motorcycle, I have a question. I really like the CBR 600RR more so than the others and want to purchase a used model. My question is which year out of the current generation model that debuted in '07 would you recommend? And...do you think a premium full race exhaust (Leo Vince, Arrow) and PowerCommander would more than help it make up for its slight lack of top end power? Any reply from someone that has experience with the '07+ 600RR would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • @sford01 the 07 and 08 bikes have more power than the 09+ as mentioned in the video due to emissions bullshit, would a full exhaust put it up there with the other bikes??? i dont know, i`v never ridden the other bikes. to be honest the diff is prob minimal anyway and unless your a serious racer you prob not gonna benefit from the slightly more horses. to answer your question, get a low milage 08 bike :)

  • @sford01 no probs mate. you will not be disapointed. also honda bikes will run forever if looked after. the build quality and reliability are 2nd to none. before i got mine i done a shit load of reading up on all the 07/08 supersport bikes, the cbr murdered the rest of the field in every department! it was a no brainer. i have no regrets whatsoever. if you wana 07/08 bike get the 600rr. there are plenty of 07/08 shootout vids on youtube. the cbr 600rr prob comes out on top in every one of them

  • does the CBR lights work on one side on normal beams? If it does, I'm guessing it lights up just as well as the one piece like the GSXR?

  • Great video! But now it's got me thinking which bike I should get. I was primarily thinking the ZX-6R and because of these guys I think my decision stands. Plus, I already own a Ninja 650R so why not trade in for a better Ninja?

  • @ssonera88 i think you gotta take into consideration more than just the bike, back in my place, Kawi is the only who has a factory here, parts and services are easier to get. For Yamaha, Honda and Suzuki, they're all imports, parts and service here is possible but it is a bit harder to get and heck a lot more expensive. And the last part of the vid is damn true, with the fact Kawi is cheaper, that money can get you a lot of things.

  • @ernest1337wong Thanks for your thoughts, man. I think I actually will go with the Ninja. I narrowed down my choices to either that or the R6. Even my salesman at my dealership says I should go with the ZX-6R.

  • I love my 08 gsxr. I've ridden most others in the class and my next bike will be a gsxr too.

  • For those who argue about the two ugliest bikes of the 4, go to 6:40. The graphics, narrow front end and the mirrors are much nicer on the Suzuki, but the only flaw is the headlights... Even at 6:40, you can see that mean looking Honda looks like it's ready to kill the Kawasaki LOL!

  • I find that Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki were always the most compared whether it's motocross or sports bike, whereas Suzuki seems like the loner in the corner that's always being ignored! Example, @ 6:31, the Suzuki just sticks out like a sore dick!! Am I the only one realizing this? Lol

  • @iH8MomJokes casue suzuki is really not a powerful bike lol. They look for mad hp even in a 600cc machine. Suzuki does have the best brakes out the bunch though for sure. It's way more forgiving than the other bikes. I mean you would really need to know how to ride the other three whereas with the suzuki, you can make a mistake and it wont cost you much. Which is why its easy for it to win on the track which makes it seem likes its more powerful but its not lol. Its for first riders really lol.

  • @gixxerredliner2010 Umm, so you were paying attention? Money is a big issue when buying also. The suzuki is rediculously expensive for a 600 and makes you look at other bikes because of it. It's not comfortable enough for an extra grand or two over the others.

  • @motorcycle Wire up any kind of USB socket to the battery and shove it under the pillion seat. That got me all the way through France and Spain and it didn't even catch on fire once!

  • Did you guys hire a new production crew or something? The shots and editing was of fantastic quality, really something you should be proud of. I would of liked to see some POV riding shots though, so next time stick a GroPro on your helmet for a few short clips of each bike, but other than that, this was probably your best ever video overall.

  • For an 09 kawi, they wanted to charge me over 7k per year insurance. I chose triumph instead. For some reason they charge it the same price as their naked street triple...
