They shouldn't be allowed to be released back into the general population b/c they have a life long addiction that most of them can't beat. The registry puts way more than the former offender at risk. It puts their entire families at risk. There have been many deaths due to vigilantism, among other maybe less severe actions in YOUR eyes, but you aren't the one suffering them.
