not with cpq you dont, every1 is doing haste but personally i would do crit... but ima dit so...

no you definetly should do critical first, then from level 42-44 you put 7 points on claw booster and a few on claw mastery, then haste, then i think you master booster and mastery, and i think you put the last points on drain.

i don't know why you wouldn't do critical first, claw booster is hella cool, but still critical to assasin is like lucky seven to claw theif, it's the essential skill.
