Why is it if you were so unfairly treated and unlawfully arrested did you plead guilty? It seems to me that if that was the case you would have fought the charges?
I was once arrested in bossier, i had left a bar early in the morning, it was the summer, i accidentally fell asleep against a pep boys heat beaten. i awoke to two cops carrying me to a patrol car, they seemed happy to arrest me just cause my breath smelt of alcohol. it is a business in bossier, no longer a service to the community, i am disgusted ): they work to fuck you over at any cost

TYPICAL BOSSIER CITY GESTAPO PROTOCOL...Luckily no serious injuries were inflicted on you...BCPD has always been and will always be a a group of underachievers that strive to feel relevent. Some ten years ago we had a loawsuit on them for harrasment and as soon as we started offering evidence to support our claims they dropped all charges against me and my friends. Steer clear of the boardwalk if you want to have a few drinks and relax...its just a setup for the cops to watch you til you leave
Excessive force indeed, It is no wonder citizens get naked in towers with assault weapons , This case and many others sound worse than my own . When are our Government going to take up for us law abiding citizens ,rather than just making money in the legal system to support lawyers and judges, I can tell you when ,, when we stop electing lawyers to public office !!!!Police abuse has become a nationwide epidemic and seems to be festering like an old wound .
