Why do people take Hilary so seriously... I've tried to give her a chance and I've listenned to the debates... she doesn't convince me that she has more passion to be president than her competition.
She's not in the solutions business, she's in the business to do whatever she can do to get in the white house and that solution is to make up her experience and take credit for successes that are not hers to take.
Hillary has great experience and as the NYT's said she is brilliant. She is hard working and as she said we didn't have the smart financial record of a Democratic President. Bush hurt our international standing & business promotion. Go Hillary-'08
hillary has done NOTHING for New York. I live in upstate N.Y. where her promise of 200,000 job increase was approximately a 40,000 job loss. This myth about Bush destoying our reputation around the world is an ongoing liberal theme. If the U.S. cut off the financial aid to these countries that "hate us" you would see a lot of people around the world saying how much they love America again!
this is exactly what the pharmaceuticals companies want and lobby for: a government monopoly. Why? because that way they can ask whatever price they want for their drugs. Competition would lower prices, santa system is not the solution. Ron Paul is.
Hillary sucks. Bin Laden is dead. israel did 911. Odigo, Zim, dancing israelis, israeli spy ring, DEA report showing "9/11 terrorists" living near israeli spies...all coincidences. These are not the droids you are looking for.
Having everyone get health insurance wouldn't solve our health care problem. Some people would still be denied coverage for life saving operations because of HMO greed.
Weird video. A good point would be to examine the biography of every possible future president to see what kind of president they would be. We know Bush's legacy of failures in life illuminated what kind of president he was, who knows what Hillary's past would show. Biographies should be a central debate point for the presidency.
There's not a sex act mentioned in the book. What is important is Hillary savaging the women... which raises a very interesting question about her feminism, as she even goes so far... she hired her own law firm to represent some of the women and... interrogated the women and got [them to sign false, exculpatory] statements."
Inspiration is the beginning of the process and sometimes getting started is half the battle. Consider the effect of a speech on a young Hillary Clinton.
"As a young woman, Hillary Rodham was active in young Republican groups and campaigned for Republican presidential nominee Barry Goldwater in 1964. She was inspired to work in some form of public service after hearing a speech in Chicago by Reverend Martin Luther King."
Please consider the 'elephant in the room'for each of us: we first feel a visceral response to a candidate. The 'facts' are then shaped to destroy or deify that person. None of us is fault-free, and each candidate has some noble vision for this country. Isn't it wise to acknowledge our own elephants and then proceed to a more dispassionate inquiry into candidates'intentions, words and actions? Like you, I hope our next President serves with humanity, integrity, clarity and skill.
Did the clintons' actions post-Iowa escape your notice? Facing defeat, they did not hesitate for one second to play the race card, polarize and destroy their party and divide the nation. Their contempt for blacks, for women, for the vulnerable--for us all--has become self-evident to anyone still sentient after 16 years of them.

Allowing empathy to short-circuit critical analysis short-changes us all.
Just got back to this sire and found your notes. I can only say that I truly respect and appreciate your passion and authenticity, notwithstanding that we disagree on Hillary Clinton. So be it. We can at least be grateful for a country in which we can openly disagree. And we can all hope for a great new era of humanism with our next President.
Thank you, Janni. I feel the same about you. All I ask is this: Research hillary clinton. Keep an open mind.
Read the Barrett Report by Mark Goodman, 1.31.07. (deletehillarydotcom/the_barrett_report).
Goodman is a registered Democrat, an avowed liberal and a former colleague of the clintons. He knows them well and has personally experienced their abuse of power, which he details in this piece.
Mark Goodman warns us:"[Congress]must release the mystery pages so that they may examine Mrs. Clinton.... Otherwise, Americans run the risk of going to the polls in 2008 seeklng the rebirth of a nation only to discover that they have merely traded the devil for a witch."
NB: The "mystery pages" of indep. counsel Barrett document massive clinton abuse of power, e.g., siccing the IRS and DOJ on their political foes and women victims;they were redacted by MORE massive clinton abuse of power.
Also research clinton abuse of women. Liberal Carl Bernstein did; he warns:
"[W]e need to know who this woman is....Had we had biography in the year 2000, we would not have had, perhaps, the disaster of this last presidency....This lady may become president....
There's not a sex act mentioned in the book. What is important is Hillary savaging the women... which raises a very interesting question about her feminism, as she even...got [the women to sign false, exculpatory] statements."
Also read Democrat Jerry Zeifman, who was hillary's boss during the Nixon impeachment proceedings.
He noted at the time her fundamental lack of ethics and warned: "I cannot recommend hillary rodham (clinton) for any position of public or private trust."
I saw the barrett report when you mentioned it, and have also searched for info on both candidates not generated from bias. It's difficult.
I appreciate your depth of your inquiry, but I am still of deep conviction--based the assessment of both my mind and heart--that Hillary is the fitting person to be President.
I sign off this discussion now, and I wish you the best in your devotion to our troubled country. And I wish us all good fortune in returning to our collective best.
This video is a sad negative propaganda piece with Hillary's answers edited out to prove something that's not true. I appreciate both canditates, but I have direct experience of Hillary's accomplishments over the years, and the people who put this video together as well as much of the media for the past fifteen years distort the record of this woman's actions. Let's go deeper into the inquiry.
I would suggest you dig a bit deeper, yourself. You can start with the Barrett Report.

hillary clinton is a chronic, reflexive abuser of women and power.
"It is important to know who this woman is.... There's not a sex act mentioned in the book. What is important is Hillary savaging the women." (Carl Bernstein)
BTW, 'edits' were made for purposes of focus, clarity and brevity. (Indeed, I would argue that removing the standard-issue clinton BS gets one closer to the truth.)
Rather than make nebulous charges, tell us precisely what you think is false in my video.
Surely you don't dispute missus clinton's 'solutions biz' failure Upstate.
Surely you don't dispute the clintons' and their officials' own words documenting the clintons' utter failure to protect and defend this country and the Constitution.
I never could understand what is the 35 yrs of experience that she boasts about all the time. What has she done so far besides talk talk talk talk. She is the most bogus president candidate ever. If her last name was not clinton she would be no where.
Solutions???!!!!! Bad Solutions are nothing to boast about! Approving a war that was responsible for the lives of many young people. A health care program that FINES people are garnishes their checks is a fine solution for insurance companies but not folks the average american season.HER solutions? SUCKS!!!!
Hillary is outright ScArY!!! We don't need the types of SOLUTIONS she has for Americans.
Her health care plan is a joke. It sounds great on the campaign trial but reality is she knows she'll never get the congress to vote for a health care that will force the people that put them in office to buy mandatory coverage or else. It would cause an outrage all across America.
It's ironic that the Clintons are downplaying rhetoric since Hillary's candidacy is based on just that. She touted herself as the 'smart and experienced' candidate, although the facts have always proven otherwise.
Her 7 years of official experience are 4 less than Obama's. While she failed to earn a mere cum laude Law degree and failed her Washington bar exam, Obama graduated magma cum laude and was the Editor of Harvard law.
The fact is her candidacy is rooted on Bill's coattail.
Empty promises from a puppet. Enough said.

Let me say one thing about biography. It's the best obtainable version of the truth, like good journalism.

My commentary on the clintons is always fact-based. If you would like to learn some of those facts, goto the Barrett Report link I cite below.
If you do the research, you will find that there is nothing noble about the clintons. They are self-serving. They are thugs. They are fascistic.
