'Nighcraw1er' asked if Sarah was born like Adam. Adam was an experiment in which embryos were implanted in women with some way to have a longer gestation. He was the only successful birth. Kyle told Jessi that Sarah did the super things that Jessi was pushing herself to do, but only to get her to stop pushing too hard. Sarah was "awesome" on her own, not as result of an experiment. She did and does not consider XX to be her child, but obviously has found out about her existence and does care.
