Nice Mod... Only thing is... I hate all lights on my 360 specially when i leave it on over night.. That will be hard to sleep.. btw this was posted almost 2 years ago.. Did you ever sell it?

mine is like yours but my hard drive is still stock look and instead of the clear face plate my is chrome. plus i installed 2 extra fans that light up blue that keep the cpu and gcu cooler.

Error LEDs are separate from the normal LEDs... if he installed blue error LEDs, then it would indeed be a BROD haha : )

lol its like looking into a mirror...got my xbox 360 on the same set up..front LED's changed..the fan with nitro mode..2 LED set up inside..clear fan tunnel clear dvd drive lid (see the disc spinning)...makes it sooo much better

Actually I just got the rrod 10 mins ago while hooking up a 2nd set of fans..... :-\ help anyone?

unplug everything and then plug it in. It happened to me but how many red lights were flashing. For me i think it was 2 or 3

Mine was 3. 3 is rrod 2 is over heated... I thank fully fixed mine again... : ) and then continued tampering with it and proceeded to get a rrod again.... and fixed it again! : ) haha that happened about 6 times before I finally realized that the LEDs were just too much for the circuit... it was either a 2nd set of fans or the LEDs... and my LEDs dont have the right converter so I chose fans! Save those LEDs for another day... God bless pennies and hot glue.... they fixed my rrod :)

these are prewired so it hooked into the fans power source

When i install the fans can i turn the whisper fans on with the top case off? i herd u can get banned from xbox live

First of all, you dont get banned from xbox live by doing cosmetic mods(leds, fans, painting). Your going to have to void the warranty to install the fans because you have to open the case. But voiding the warranty only means you cant send it to the repair center anymore. You can run the fans with the case off there is no harm. I installed the talismoon fans but i just put the power from the fan directly into the motherboard. i had no idea where the nitro switch is so i just hooked up the fan like exactly like the stockfans were they seem fine but seem to be doing same heat output as the stock

There are two fans made by talismoon. One is the regular whisper which is basically a little better than the stock fan and it has leds. The whisper max has a switch that allows you to switch between 5v and 12v mode. This one also comes with an adapter so that you can use onboard power for other mods.

what website did you go to,to get the blue ring off light? i have the whisper fan and all but i just can find the power button with the blue lights

i got mine off of ebay. type in custom RoL board. you can also try custom RF module.

so do the custom RoL's show the red ring of death if your xbox gets it? like ig u get a blue RoL like you have or what if you buy a red RoL? (just curious)

well, sometimes i get an error code because i dont have the original manufacturer's fans but all i have to do is pop out the hard drive, put it back in and its fixed. and yes, the lights are blue for errors, i get BROD (blue ring of death)
