  • I hate myself now it was this simple >~<

  • Hey, thanks for the tutorial :) I've never thought it was this simple!

I have a question about Vegas, it's a problem I've had since I got it. You'll see, when I add some effect to my video, a window opens. In that window I edit the effect as I want to, and so use the keyframes. The problem is that the keyframes timeline doesn't appear! is there something wrong with my software? do you know how can I fix it? I hope you understand my situation. Thanks :)

  • @FlorennsMusic Sometimes the editing box just needs resizing. Look at the bottom, just above where the keyframe timeline should be and put your mouse over the lines. When the mouse changes to 2 lines etc drag it up a little and the timeline should show.

  • @learningvegas Thank you! haha I don't know how I didn't see that before. I feel dumb lol

    Thank you so much :)

  • Thank you for this ~

    It really Helped!!

  • thank u sir for u kind reply

i have a video but i dont knw how to post this video here to show u wht i want to know.

this video is on youtube too , but i get error msg when i try to paste the link in comment here. can u plz search it urself on youtube with these three words JEE KARDA MEIN and the first video is the video i want to show u with full title as "Jee Karda Mein Tenu Vekhi Jawan - GRAPHICS MIX"

  • This video is full of transitions and the use of keyframes. You would need to have a good understanding of the both to try and recreate this video.

I would try to achieve 1 effect at a time. Try using pan/crop with keyframes to start of with, then move on to track motion with keyframes. Both these features have the keyframes at the bottom of the editing window.

This will give you an understanding of how these effects are applied.

  • Amazing video thank you so much!

  • hi

i need help how to blinking shaking in videos to blink a picture shaking it according to the music beats, im new in movie editing plzz help me any body, its over months now to ask for help!!!!!!!!!!

  • It might be better for you to use keyframes. Without seeing an example of what your trying to achieve, it's difficult.

Contact me via my website with an example and I will do a video tutorial for you!

  • thanks for the instructions :)

  • You could use the Track Motion to resize the media just enough so that the shake fits better.

  • Thanks bro! 5 *****

  • The reason this is so easy is cuz its not that good of a shake, it takes more time to make a real shake. Still good tho, thanks

  • Hi,

It would be a softer effect

  • what type of shake is it though is it soft or earthquake plz reply

  • HI,

Check all your tabs in the docked areas, you might have docked it without knowing.

  • hello,

when i ad flim effect, that video event fx box does not come yp, how do i get it to some up, i clik oka everything, it did come up a few weeks ago, just does not seem to come up now.

  • one question,

I'm editing a new montage by me and i need to do the quake in a selected part of the time-line becuase i get a good no scope,

Plz get back to me A.S.A.P

    thanks

  • At the start of where you want to apply the effect place your cursor on the timeline and select "S" to split, do this again at the end of the area you want to apply the effect to. Now you can apply the effect to just this area.

    Hope it helps!
