Doctorate, you might want to stop worshiping FAIR and right quick. They've been exposed as being funded and founded by white supremacists. It's okay if you want to keep your opinions as they are, but you should find a new organization to site if you are going to insist on having no independent thoughts of your own. We are a county, not a COUNTRY, Checkers. We're not supposed to HAVE an immigration policy. Our Federal Government is supposed to have one... or, perhaps, they're supposed to have one that works. It's true we have a labor shortage in Prince William, in Northern Virginia, and in the nation as a whole. If we could only fix our immigration process so we could get the workers we need fast enough, none of this would be happening.

We can't let people like Hethmon, and his anti-immigrant lobby FAIR, destroy our economy just because they don't want to lose the white majority. I'm not saying it's wrong to prefer a white majority. I'll admit it would be more comfortable for me if we stayed a white majority. But we cannot go back in time. The 1965 Immigration Act was passed because it was not in keeping with our principles to discriminate based on national origin who can become American. It never will be.

We simply won't be able to compete with China and India if we somehow reverse the immigration process as Hethmon's boss Dan Stein and FAIR want to do. And this war of attrition Hethmon is talking about... (is that supposed to be the nice term???). There's a big problem with that, and we in Prince William are learning the hard way (bad experiment). In order to make people flee a county, you have to make life there pretty crappy. And guess what??? They've made life pretty crappy for EVERYONE.
