I actually love Clausen's reaction here. He recognizes that the game is over, and is attempting to display some sportsmanship. When it becomes apparent to him that Gunnell isn't having any of it, he gives him the "forget you" hand. Ha ha. You can't beat the "forget you" hand. As long as he continues to win, I could not care less that he gets under the opponents' skin. In fact, I like a guy like that (when he is on my team).

very exaggerated on bradford. he takes a lot snaps under center in practices and in games, he said that in an interview. he added 13 pounds of muscle to his 6'4 frame, 236 pounds at 6'4 is probably much more durable compared to 223 at 6'4, i guarantee that. noodle arm? that's just completely wrong and i shouldn't have to tell you that. but i agree with you that clausen is very underrated and very well may be the best quarterback in this draft but if that's the case, bradford is a close second.

I'm no Notre Dame hater, but Clausen is a prick, he's from my county in Southern California and this guy is not respected for his character - or lack thereof. He should never have barged into an interview, if he was sincere, he should have held back and waited for it to be over.

In '88 ND upset Miami ("Catholics v. convicts") and won the championship over WVU, and they barely lost the '03 USC "Bush push" game (the most-watched game in 9 years).
Criticize the program's recent direction all you want, but calling ND irrelevant makes you look like a fool.
