  • Washington they have it lol!

  • pepsi throwback taste nasty! :P i call it pepsi throw up....

  • @Honozoo :OOOOOOOOOOOOO OMFG NO U DID NOT JUST SAY THAT OMG NO WAY DUDE YOU ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF YOUR MIND YOU NEED A DOCTOR RIGHT NOW :(

  • i saved all the throwback cans and covered up the throwback to make it look like i saved it from the 90's...my friends stilll believe me XD

  • You guys realize that Pepsi throwback is only coming out now because corn syrup is getting more and more expensive because of ethanol, right?

Also, the Coca-Cola corporation makes 2x the yearly income as Pepsi, so how have they lost exactly?

  • i got the pepsi throwback @ loblaws in toronto , but great video

  • Yup looks like pepsi!

  • So this is the same ass The UK Pepsi because uk's pepsi is made with real sugar?

  • I've never seen cans sold in 250ml, I've always seen them in 354.5ml cans

  • @arcticfox6428 never mind

  • can someone please convert 250niliiters to fluid ounces. I don't have a calculator to convert to metrick.

  • Coca-Cola lost the battle between Pepsi.

  • The Pepsi Throwback is now permanent to to the series of Pepsi. Fortunately I picked up the last 12 pack of it from my local Wal-Mart. The Pepsi Throwback I must admit, taste better than the "Normal" Pepsi. In my view, this is the best Cola company in the U.S. And by the way, there should be Pepsi throwbacks on the shelves in every grocery store in Canada. If not, it is either so popular or just Out of stock.

  • Man, there are only two things I want this Christmas: My dad to change my phone plan to unlimited data and a 12 can box of pepsi throwback!

  • I love this stuff. It's lighter on the tongue. I hope it sticks around. I usually buy Coke, but if they keep this formula I will drink this stuff all day long.

  • i think it's permanent in some locations. i can still get TB in my town.

  • Muito bom !!

  • i can't the differences between regular pepsi or throwback pepsi i taste both side by side

  • I feel like you are the voice of jon lajoie

  • I discovered this back in September, just a few days before I went back to college. I generally prefer Pepsi over Coke, and I prefer this even over regular Pepsi. I'm not much of a Mountain Dew person, but Mountain Dew Throwback isn't too bad either.

  • That bracelet you wore on this clip looks sexy on you :)

  • Nice review. I was fortunate to try one of these and I must say it is better tasting than the pepsi of today. And for some reason I feel healthier drinking these haha idk. And yes, I do remember the pop top cans back in the day as well :)

  • I must provide an update to this! Here (in the US at least) Pepsi and Mountain Dew throwback are now permanent products as long as people keep buying them. Coca-Cola said they have no plans on doing anything similar surprisingly.

  • @kerdoi really?! is this a new press release statement? Thats GREAT! I would love to buy these throwback colas again! They were delicious.

  • @Gamecaster1 Well it appears GoogleTube won't let me post the link, but just search "Pepsi Throwback permanent" on Google, and you should see a USAToday article from March of this year about it.

  • i prefer coke but hey there both great

  • Pepsi is better than Coke in Canada.

Coke is better than Pepsi in Europe, HANDS DOWN!

This is coming from someone who drinks only Pepsi when in Canada, but can't even drink it in Europe.

USA i don't know because i haven't been there. but yes, That is why when Europeans are like 'wtf pepsi better than coke?' is because Pepsi is much better in Canada

  • @skinandbonesx pepsi is better in euope...

  • @skinandbonesx pepsi in mexico is much better than coke

  • I agree with you in regards to the taste. Much less syrupy sweet, more refreshing yet still sweet, it really is MUCH better. I understand Pepsi will now offer throwback permanently along with their standard high fructose version. I have a feeling with consumer demand we will start to see more and more soda use real sugar and ditch the hfcs.

  • Made with real sugar lol.

  • no u wrong i got in canada in newbrunswick last summer

  • Things changed because of the ridiculous US government corn subsidies. Because of this farmers were growing tons of cheap corn and the corporation wanted to find new uses for it. This is how high fructose corn syrup came to replace the more expensive sugar.

  • This is now a permanent member of the pepsi lineup!thanks for posting,Noble,BMSS,Vocalist,Country Morning

  • ehm okey, so is there any REAL taste difference betwen this and the orginal?

  • @MrRareGameUnboxer Yes, this is sweeter and doesn't give the burning sensation normal pepsi does when you drink it.

  • @S0ryiu This must only be in US then, When i read the ingredients on a regular pepsi can there is Sugar and no other sweetness. I still want one of these cans though :D

  • @MrRareGameUnboxer US, Canada, Russia, South Korea, and Japan all use corn syrup in regular pepsi.

  • i am dissapoint.

  • Discontinue the current HFCS Pepsi, keep Pepsi throwback and get rid the the yellow label. Love the old logo love the taste and now i wont slowly develop cancer AWESOME!!!

  • I found some at 711 in Canada

  • Comment removed

  • I love this stuff, its only 2.50 for a 12 pack at my local CVS.

  • It's available in Canada now! Plus it's a regular Pepsi product now, not a limited edition.

  • This tastes great and I would know because originally I'm from Europe where they always put sugar in sodas. When I arrived to USA sodas tasted nasty to me and I couldn't figure why until I Learned they use HFCS here. That shit tastes bad and is bad for you. When I first tried Mexican Coca-Cola it took me right back to my European days where soda tasted great. Then came Pepsi Throwback and it was awesome too! This is how real soda suppose to taste like!!! I hope they keep producing this product.

  • it tastes sweeter than normal pepsi. it tastes like european cola products which of course are most often made with real sugar. sugar is also healthier for your body since fructose corn syrup is a larger molecule making it harder for your body to digest it and it is not made by nature. this may contribute to the obesity rates in america.

  • i love pepsi more then coke! i dont really like coke but i drink it anyways and oh yeah i got pepsi thro-back at wal-mart and i live in canada did you see it anywhere

  • i hava some in canada

  • Comment removed

  • Pepsi Throwback = Epic Win.

Though the case I just bought, down in the southern USA does not have the Limited Time Only stamp on it. Maybe Pepsico finally realized this stuff is awesome?!

  • @Caplan21 Yeah, they produce it on regular basis now.

  • All the "throwbacks" are damn good! Rare to find, but still around.

  • does it have cocaine in it to lol

  • Dr. Pepper.

  • i <3 coke and pepsi

  • No NEED FOR EBAY SHIT THEY ARE AVAILABLE IN CANADA NOW

  • Shit, now I want to go a drink some.

  • ??? Uh it's been in Canada for like a 6 months now. I stocked up!

  • it's permanent now, which is pure win

  • Just drink the damn Pepsi!

  • it's now available in canada, woot!!!!!!! :)

  • i have tonnes of 12can packs at my local walmart, always picking some up

  • does anyone else remember pepsi blue?

  • WHERE CAN YOU BUY IT!? I CANT FIND IN THE STORE

  • @mabinogfan it was only out for a limited time a long LONG time ago. it was actually blue! but, not many people would buy it so they discontinued it.

  • @alienwaregamerx2011 I still hear the pepsi throwback commercial so i was hoping it was still in stores

  • im in canada and i bought it at i corner store and i got a bottle

  • im in canada and i bought it at i corner store

  • They're in canada now, fortunately. Picked some up, gotta buy the rest of them from wal-mart... only 3-4 cases left D:

  • Hey man, where abouts in Canada are you? I'm in Ontario. :)

  • They can't bring back to the pull-out tabs because they're illegal now. They outlawed them because people were littering them all over the place and wasting all that precious aluminum.

  • yea iv had those before

  • It's available in Canada now!

  • FUCK OFF ITS NOT AVAILABLE IN CANADA I LIVE IN CANADA AND THEY SELL IT IN SUPERSTORE YOU FUCK FACE LIAR!!!

  • @RuneScapeMMO Relax bro it wasn't available in Canada in november WHEN HE MADE THE VIDEO. Its now available.

  • @RuneScapeMMO hey man calm down this was filmed before it was avaliable in canada

  • Pepsi used local water so it's different EVERYWHERE. Here in Newfoundland I always drink pepsi, but in Quebec or Ontario I drink Coke.

    Coke is the same everywhere.

  • It's good stuff. People that say they can't tell the difference must not have any taste. The difference between real sugar vs. the hfcs is even more evident for juice type drinks or ice tea like liptons or nestea.

Now they just need to bring back the glass bottles and they'll have it. Coke has them (mexican coke) but at $1/bottle it's not worth it.

  • @SinistaN Pepsi comes in those bottles i saw them just the other day in the store.

  • unless coke is from a restaurant it makes my teeth sticky]

  • they sell this now in Canada, im sippin on one now lol

  • I always buy this one in HEB

  • I live in Vancouver and I saw this same 12 pack in a grocery store and in 7eleven

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAH i have 2 bottles of pepsi throwback meaning 2 liters each!!! >:D

  • Also the new pepsi i think is more of a Poopish brown

  • Pepsi is better because the logo has Red white and Blue. Good enough for memorial day

  • I'm drinking this RIGHT NOW :)

I feel cool. I'm keeping this can forever.

I also have the Mountain Dew throwback can :)

    Be jealous :p

  • you can buy throwback in canada now

  • LONG LIVE PEPSI!

  • HAY SPOT!ITS IN CANADA NOW!WHOO HOW!ITS AWSOME

  • im drinking pepsi throwback while watching this

  • @lantz8660 I envy your life... Send me some to the UK please! And some Mountain Dew Throwback if possible ;)

  • @lantz8660 How do you like it comparing to regular pepsi? Does it taste better? :D

  • it looks like the cans from 1980s gosh i miss the 1980s thumbs up if u love the 1980s

  • Actually, the original can was 355 ml. But the top wasn't curved and felt a little bit heavier than this can. I have the original can myself.

  • im so glad they released it in canada! :D

  • I love Pepsi Throwback! I have to say it tastes better than regular Pepsi. It definitely has more taste to it.

  • I just got them at Safeway for $3.33 each (12 cans) +tax and CRV , I bought 3 boxes total. Taste way better than "present" Pepsi and a little better than Coke

  • what happens if you put the sugar by yourself? lol does it taste different?

Buy a coca cola zero, put some sugar and welcome to the 40s

  • @Ilir7777 heat the pepsi and melt the sugar then re-carbonate it

  • i had one of these a month ago and now i keep a 12 pack in my mini fridge for occasions since i mostly drink diet Sam's cola for soft drinks but this is good for if someone comes over or if i just want to mix things up other than this i also keep energy drinks in it for everyday use so i guess it doesnt make much since to drink diet

  • DAMN!NOT IN CANADA ? CRAP I LOVE PEPSI

  • You got one hell of a radio voice!

Are you into broadcasting.... you should be!

  • SODA POP MADE WITH SUGAR !!!

  • you can get bottles with the throwback desighn here in canada

  • its in canada. maby not in the 12 pack of cans but i have seen it in 350ml bottles everywhere

  • wow i haven't seen that logo since the early 90s.

haven't had pepsi in a few years---but if they ever bring back

vanilla coke (or vanilla pepsi for that matter) i might buy some again.

  • Ya I like in Canada as well and I bought it lots of times lol but now it seems to be gone?? oh well back to coke

  • This is now a permanent product.

  • Hey Spot, did you ever have Pepsiman?

  • Comment removed

  • If Pepsi knows what's good for them they'll NEVER DISCONTINUE THIS!!!...Even if I have to pay the extra $.

  • what u mean only in usa? its also in canada to. im from nova soctia. i just buyed pepsi throw back today. and it taste great. taste like pepsi from the old days when i was 10 years old. now thats the pepsi we all know. the pepsi today we drink taste like water kinda of.

  • @iamkakashi20 im from N.S as well and I bought it many time lol must be an east cost thing lol but I dought

  • coke throw back would contain its best original and now illegal ingredient....Cocaine

  • They can't make coke throwback because they'd have to put cocaine in it lol

  • @EmericanGangstarr I want it real badly. Please Coca Cola, release the throwback with Cocaine in it! Bring back the 1886 formula!

    Would you? :-)

  • I prefer Diet Pepsi.

  • it is available in canada right now

  • wait, why would pepsi not be made with real suggar

  • @theguywhokillyou2 All modern sodas are usually made with high fructose corn syrup, which isn't real sugar, but like an artificial sweetener.

  • @TheMunkeyMojo1

wrong. corn syrup is sugar. You can make sugar from different fruits, from corn (in the USA), from cane (in South America), from turnip (in Europe) and from rice (in China). sugar is an organic product, there is nothign artificial about corn.

  • Im drinking Pepsi right now in Solidarity

  • Good news everyone.... Pepsi Throwback is here to stay and they're re-releasing it. The limited time only is removed off the labels. :-))

  • the goo old days..I miss them so much, I remember when hostess chips had two individual bags in one big bag

  • Dude you went old school on this video! That is awesome! Oh man I wan't some pizza and some Pepsi like RIGHT NOW LOL

  • my cuz made sexy pepsy

  • Does he have a Q-Ray?

  • weren't you just a child in the 80s?

  • i think you just had a peps-o-gasm

  • get the dr.p throwback

  • No offence but you searched Pepsi throwback on eBay?

  • @XXFancyPantsJrXX I sure did and then grabbed one like a bandit

  • @TheReviewSpot lol i prefer pepsi to over coke

  • @TheReviewSpot Oh ok I just thought out of nowhere you looked for it.

  • @TheReviewSpot yes im drinking pepsi right now! LOL

  • @TheReviewSpot You can buy it anywere lol but like a year ago it was a little harder to find... I love coke for its bubbly taste...

  • i saw this video in the morning, and about an hour ago i went and picked up a case. Delicious =)

  • That has no high fructose corn syrup?! Are you serious?!!! I'll buy that any time if I find it. I can't believe that they decided to use real sugar.

  • So now we just need your reviews of Mountain Dew Throwback and whatever the Dr. Pepper version is called. ;)

  • I like Pepsi more, but I like Cherry Coke more than cherry pepsi

  • lol i did acually think this was a throwback review at first

  • man your amazing you can even make a can of pepsi entertaing

  • cool

  • Dr. Pepper recently did something like this.

  • Comment removed

  • @GoliathAngelus

    leer engels

  • In my opinion cornsirop has more flavour than suger so a Pepsi or Coke should have more taste than in the early days.

Coca-Cola have done the same thing back in the late 90 ill guess with Coca -Cola Classic to make it more sweeter as it was but fans didn t liked it

It is true that in the early days everything had a better taste

My parents said the same and i will tell it to my future children as well

  • wow really it looks like canada hates you

  • On Wikipedia :

"On October 12, Consumerist. com reported that Pepsi has decided to continue offering the Throwback line as long as people continue to buy it."

  • Pepsi Throwback is pretty good but i think MT.Dew Throwback taste just a little better but either way they are both good.

  • next time review some crack...)))but with "real sugar":)))))

  • real sugar....uuuuuu:)))

  • you can get soda through ebay?

  • They also make Mt. Dew and Dr. Pepper Throwback

  • ah but what's in the 'natural flavor'?

just curious what the heck does three cases of pepsi cost off of ebay?

  • I LOVE how casual this show is !

  • Pepsi and coca-cola taste almost the same to me.

  • Suddenly I'm getting all nostalgic.

  • I'm thirsty for some Pepsi now :P

  • i drank a throwback when i watched this.

  • what cokes alot richer

  • The mountain dew throwback doesnt taste as good as the usual "high fructose" mountain dew, in my opinion... I thought their would be no comparison, but the pepsi tastes good...

  • I remeber the razor tops-got my finger jammed in 1 when i was little

  • I prefer Dr. Pepper, but pepsi and coke are good too.

  • 7up FTW

  • i like coke and pepsi but i hate the diet versions of the two

  • coca-cola is the best..pepsi is nasty:/

  • Pepsi Throwback isn't limited, it's been out for like two years.

  • I have always hated Pepsi and loved Coke! Coke is the original and best! But I like Sprite more than any other main stream Soda. People say that you can not taste the difference between Sprite and The Pepsi Sprite rip-off(Sierra Mist) but seriously Sprite tastes way better!

  • I think Coke is better

  • Pepsi over Coke? Are you mad?!?!

  • @shorkian I don't even like coke and i think it's better than Pepsi.
