I have been emailing you for over 2 years now waiting for you to put Australia as an option on your webstore but instead you have handed it to greedy distributors that charge 3 times the retail price .

Why can you not give Australian customers/gamers the same pricing and fairness that any of your other customers get . Why can we not get it from you China to Australia direct as the rest of the world does so we do not have to get ripped off here in Australia ?

Is that Forza 3? I have been looking at the fanatec website and they claim that the clubsport wheel doesn't support xbox 360. Wich i think is bad becuse the regular porsche wheel doesn't have good paddleshifters.

I'd rather get Nvidia's "3D Vision" glasses and a 3D ready projector ($700) and play in 3D on a 100 inch screen :-) than use 3 small monitors (small in comparison to 100 inches lol)

with this chair, G27 steering wheel, and Logitech Z-5500 5.1 speakers.

if this isn't immersion, then I don't know what is. lol

lol, if your referring to not having a Ferrari steering wheel, because the cars your drive are Ferrari's and whatnot in games, I don't really think that adds too much more immersion. Certainly playing in 3D on a 100 inch screen would add more immersion that a simple branded wheel, lol

It is certainly not the brand (and i was talking about the Porsche wheels). Just check out the specs and pictures of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS wheel on the Fanatec website and you will understand why it is closer to reality.

I've seen motion platform work for games like FM3, Gran Turismo , etc.. but i never seen it in action by normal player other then developers.. I think they hook it up more differently.

I know this, but Thomas (CEO Fanatec) somehow got a license to make a 3rd party xbox 360 wheel. This is just the next step forward.

we are trying to get motion working on 360 but it is technically difficult. At E3 it was only a workaround which will not be suitable for mass production.

Thomas, as I understand it, if I order today, I'll have to wait for the November batch. You state in your blog that all bugs have been worked out. Will the November batch have a better mounting/clamping system? Thanks.

The mounting system is certainly not a "bug" and works fine for most users. Therefore there is no reason to change it. If you prefer it to be more sturdy you can tighten it with screws or use the Clubsport table Clamp

Uhmm, I know the difference between a bug and a mounting issue. No need to be a smartass. After watching the simracingtonight review video, my concerns were about the plug and playability. You say bugs have been worked out. Great. My other concern was about the mounting system. I've read many complaints from users about it's sturdiness. But your attitude resolved the issue for me. I'll go with the G27.

I did not mean to offend you. Perhaps a simple "no" would have done it as well. I suggest to try the clamping  system. Mounting is simple and fast.

i saw the review for g27 and they solve center dead zone and noise problem on g25 but g27 has big vibration noise and it was terribly loud noise. ill stick with the g25 or 911 turbo wheel.
