Well if the disc is in near mint condition,or doesn't have any scratches there's no reason for it to not work.just pop it in and see.

I'm sorry but I had windows XP at that time.Now I have Vista and Fury³ doesn't work anymore.
And F-zone?I dont remember an f-zone mission in the game!?

Hmm, this might be abit late since you posted this a year ago, but I have Fury3 running on Windows 7... Just copy the FURY3 folder from the cd. From my experience, it actually works the best without any compatability modes enabled.
