  • Truly a Wolfe in sheeps clothing. I only eat grass now.

  • Besides, gorillas are not vegans. It is also not true that humans have an herbivore digestive tract: we have an omnivore tract. We are neither excellent carnivores nor excellent omnivores. We actually do not have the capacity to break down plant cell walls, which is why raw foodists must use a mechanical masticator, like a blender or juicer. The issue of toxins applies only to big ag raised meat. I support mostly raw food, but not w/false information.

  • I agree raw food diet is great but his analogy to cows and gorillas is stupid. We have different DNA and nutritional requirements and biological responses to these beasts. Why don't we just graze on grass all day and watch our selves turn into super strong 1000lb beasts?

  • Total Bullshit.....................

  • so.. should i not be blending all my raw fruits and veggies? (to keep the smooth muscle of the GI tract strong)

  • There are a number of antinutrients that are denatured by cooking, goitrogens are just the tip.

  • this is great! makes me feel better at going toward raw food slowly

  • David Wolfe, you look like raggity andy.

  • HEEEEELP! The food is alive!!! AAAARGGGGH! Don't let it eat me!!! hahahahahahah What a stooge this guy is.

  • he sells colostrum ants and deer placenta he is sick

  • we evolved as omnivores, we learned to cook and that allowed us to eat lots more varied foods. Cooking saves our teeth and makes it easier to digest .. we were never raw food vegan in history. It might be that in the modern world with so many of us and so much infrastructure some of us can thrive as raw vegan though :)

  • @spruntfemalespray @spruntfemalespray dude, thats not entirely true, most radiant people i've ever seen are rawfoodists. i'm not though, doesn't quite suit me. i don't think it's a diet for everyone - all the time.

  • He gets on my nerves ..such an obsession for health. It's true that the average american diet is very bad ,but what you see is the exact reverse: thinking all day long to what you're going to eat ....There are more interesting things to do in life.So many people have done so great things with a poor health..it's a symptom of the decadence ot western civilization.Fear of becoming old , fear of dying.. beacause our live are becoming sense less

  • @talyesin3 great point dude. thanks for pointing it out =)

  • 80/10/10 FTW!

  • that guy he's talking to is an idiot and also a pretentious prick! :p

  • God says we can eat meat! Elijah the prophet was feds vegetables and MEAT by ravens! Meat is a luxury, a real privelage...enjoy it people...do not deprive yourselves....LOVE YOURSELVES!!!

    WISDOM

  • This is such a great neurotic talk...for anorexic vegans

  • Does this guy ever shut up? These raw food people are offering you some useful knowledge but are really selling you hypochondria

  • he forgot water in the basic foods we need to live.

  • I think he is a very good salesman. But honestly I did not feel better with superfoods at all. As a matter of fact, I felt better when I stopped doing superfoods and went back to eating fresh fruit and veggies instead. The best superfoods are at your farmers market not in a bottle or plastic bag.

  • its training genetics too the dna gets stronger vibrates and gets expands into the higher helexs on this raw path

  • David Wolfe FTW.

  • Alot of this makes sense. I don't believe in juicing..Just eating raw whole foods. We definately need complete protein and omega 3 fatty acids..vitamin D3...Iodine...and tons of other things. It is a fascinating diet. I am not totally raw..but most raw. Do I have bad Karma?

  • I have watched the videos and they are great. I want to know the difference between the VITAMIX and BLENDTECH. Is one better than the other? Thanks and G-D BLESS!

  • Dead by 51.

  • Does this guy even research anything or does e jjust make stuff up? For instance gorilla's do not eat 80% vegetation and 20% fruit, he actually has this backwards....This guy is not doing the raw food movement any service he's a snake oil salesman.

  • I know his products are VERY EXPENSIVE and he makes A LOT of MONEY also.

  • Oh noes! The Karmic price!

  • Yo guys I'm now raw vegan, for 4 days now :), I got lots of seeds, nuts, fruits, vegetables (including spinach and romaine), and I'm starting to feel beet. In the beginning of the transition I was feeling tired, weak, and now I'm starting to feel alot better

I like the point that he said when we 'think' we are craving protein, its not actually protein we are craving, its the fats. Thats why I bought lots of trail mix, seeds, and nuts!

    :D

  • Awesome for going raw! Yes, feeling like crap is totally normal for the first couple weeks...and in spurts sometimes, as your body is hard core detoxing! It sucks, but the end result is amazing. Hang in there!

  • You know what LKP, never mind. I watched your videos. You're neurotic, combative, rude and you don't even show your face when you attack people. I have no desire to enter conversation with you.

For the record I don't think we need meat to live. I think too much meat or the fats of meat or the wrong kinds of meat can cause disease. I am also against processed foods although I do eat them and I eat meat.

Watch your own videos - everything you don't agree with is the stupidest thing to you.

  • "the body doesn't have to use as much energy to digest raw food"

Nonsense. Cellulose and rigid plants are hard to digest. Cooking them breaks down the rigidity. There is no holy grail.

  • LMAO at everyone talking about the blond guy! HA ha

  • brilliant pothead ^^

  • The blond man looks very weak-he needs something: a shot of geritol?

Love the information-I've just gone all raw.Wonderful.

  • Don't be rude. Control your thoughts and control your words.

  • shut up

  • Why not post the ENTIRE video ?

  • David wolfe- you are coooooooool

  • lions are all ital vegan so wagwan. raw bush doctor. higher man raS

  • What about the KING of the jungle....It only eats meat!!

  • I think the true king of the jungle is the ape just a thought =o)

  • Watch "A diet for all reasons." It will explain a true carnivores digestive system. 20 times acidic, jaw is hinged with fangs for ripping flesh, and a short digestion tract for ridding the toxic meat fast. humans apesand cows have mild acid, sliding jaws, grain grinding teeth, and a very long digestive tract for letting enzymes break down plant matter. concider your self educated now.

  • Well stated!

  • @sexagain maybe we are carnivores, but carnivores eat raw meat. DO you really think that it is natural to eat cook food. We are the only species on planet earth that do, what are the chances that, it's healthy for us? Additionally cooked meat can not be considered a food with nutritional value. A person should only eat meat for the protein but not for the fat. Since often times 50 percent of protein in cooked food is not usable for the human body. A plant based diet just seems more adequate.

  • Lions are carnivores..meat is what their digestive system is made for...Lions naturally salivate when they smell their prey.. do u salivate when your up close to a stinky live cow? no..only when its slaughtered..butchered and cooked.

  • That is a good point. you know they also say that our teeth aren't geared for chewing meat.

  • We can eat meat. We were meant to eat meat. That doesn't mean we have to have it. The bible is an excellent reference for what to eat and not to eat. The bible clearly says do NOT eat the fat of the animal. The main problem is that our meats are no longer clean and our dairy is no longer clean because of the greed of man. If you raise your own milk and meat goats and they are grass fed then that's different.

  • Horses and cows can eat meat. They were "meant" to eat meat? No.

  • Am I supposed to have any idea what your point is here? Horses and cows eating meat? What? Some animals eat meat and some don't, what is your point? Lions eat meat, cows do not. So?

My point was that I believe the human body is designed to eat meat. That doesn't mean we cannot survive without meat. This is my opinion based on personal beliefs. You have every right to debate me and I encourage it, but please make an effort to be coherent with your opinion.

  • Cows and horses have been proven to be able to digest meat the same way humans can. We are not designed. We evolved over time. Horses and cows can digest meat fine. Yet they don't eat it. They never have. Yet they can eat it. Explain that. Some animal that never eats meat and never has... can still eat meat. The horse. The cow. No design here.... no design at all. The fact that they can eat meat is because ALL animals can eat all sorts of foods.

  • LOL, explain why horses and cows don't eat meat? Are you serious? First of all they are not predators. I'm sorry but you're not making much sense. Explain to me why the lion does eat meat (sarcasm). As for design or evolution, that's a spiritual debate I'm not willing to enter. I'll respect your belief and ask you to do the same of my beliefs.

What is your point here? Do you think cows and horses don't eat meat based on morals? I'm not following you man. State your beliefs clearly.

  • @LierreKeithPwned ,Cows and horses are not meat eaters, when cows eat meat thats what causes mad cow disease! So do you still believe cows and horses are meat eaters? i can eat rockes but my sure my life span won't be very long..

  • What about it?

Humans applied the word "King". Elephants don't care if we call the lion the king; no animal messes with the elephant.

PS - Technically, at least some 'carnivores' eat more than the muscle. Some eat the abdomin First (and the contents of it - often plants).

  • check out the great vids on the raw vegan channel

    LIFE REGENERATOR

  • NG channel shows a dying elephant being attacked and eaten by lions.

  • Why do you say that?

  • David Wolfe should have his own raw health network.

  • So should TIM VAN ORDEN a raw vegan athlete !
