  • THE ONLY GOOD MOUNTAIN LION...IS A DEAD MOUNTAIN LION

  • EXCITED to see it?!?!? hell id be scared shitless to run into him during the day. its an awesome sight to see and all, but idk that id be "excited" XD

  • That cougar looked like he was collared.

  • Wonder if the research team that collared that cougar could provide info like area traveled that day, territorry, sex & age. Very Muscular Cat!!!

  • Wow, the music suits perfectly with that puma's walk. Excellent video; that's a grey fox. <:

  • That was a great video. I hate the way they look so nice and they really would love to eat you. Thanks for sharing it.

  • She has a ITV collar on her. I remember back in 1989 a jogger was killed by a mtn lion in this same area.

  • So beautiful. I like how it takes a poop right infront of the camera.

  • Love it!

  • Holy moly what a couple of beautiful animals. Looks like you found a great place to set up the camera, and the trigger's working well. I'll check out more of your stuff here.

    ttfn,

    Eduard

  • U r the luckiest person I know

  • Wow. Whereabouts in the range is this?

  • @haupper between zuma and malibu creek.........

    sorry for the late reply

  • @thewildview In an area with not many thick trees for branches, how did you set up your trail camera? I want to set up a trail camera on some public land that is actually very popular for hikers but I want a way to do it so people won't see it.

  • I'd bet a dime that you were correct with your first observation of the Gray fox is, just as you thought, a Gray fox. I photograph foxes all the time and I've never seen a red fox look like that one, however, I live in the Mountains of Montana and perhaps those desert living red foxes look a bit different. I'm just sure it's a Gray.

    In any event, cool vids!

  • @SuperMontanamike u r absolutley right ... it is a gray fox but when i saw him in the daylight i saw red and assumed that untill i realized that they have reddish coats but i had already named the video .. thanks for the coment :)

  • That's a great beast you got there. I love the look the big cats have, total confidence, the definition of swagger. Another great catch, thanks.

  • @FrankBenlin Thanks it is truly my pride and joy!

  • It's P12 - I'm sure of it. He has the blue ear tag in the right ear. PM me if you'd like the email of a park biologist who can tell you more about him. He's the dominant male in the range right now. Gorgeous footage!! I'm totally jealous.

  • Excellent catch! Always good to see a lion during the day. You have a good spot there, looks like he will travel through there on a regular basis. A collared cat to boot! How cool!

  • @BlackHillsDave thanks....!... I know this spot is amazing but I would have never though it would give me a day time video!! Ya and he does seem to come pretty often.. Ive been trying to figure out which cat it is out of all the collared ones.. but i cant even seem to figure out if its a male or female so im still workin on that..

  • you are so AWESOME!!!!!
