@1988RudeBoi yes. in the uk if you get 12 points your banned. you get 3 points for speeding. instant ban for driving at over double the speed limit or 100mph which ever comes first. that just the speed related offences theres loads more for wreckless driving etc. once your in a forieghn country all they can do is fine you they cant endorse your licence.

havent you ever driven next to some of your friends? the racing is spontaneous. you see a guy, you try to go faster, he accelerates, and it becomes a race. obviously, breaking the speed limit is illegal, so lots of tickets get handed out, and lots of licenses get taken away. not alot of fatal accidents occur, i think theres only been one in the history, but alot of extraordinarily expensive cars get damaged.

well this year, the rally starts on may 1st in San Fransisco, and ends in miami. they take a different route every year, and only allow 120 vehicles to enter, and you must have at least one person with you, for navigational reasons, since many directions, etc are given via phone to the co-driver. they stop at preset checkpoints and party it up every night, so the entrance fee is huge. this year its $44,000 dollars. idk if theyre still accepting aplicants, check the site. just google gumball 3000
